Limestone Tiling

Limestone tile comes in very beautiful colors and shapes, the most common being a yellowish color. Limestone tile is most often finished off after installation with a mat finish, to prevent slippage from spills or any water collection on the floor. There are several places where limestone should not be used to tile a floor. Kitchens anywhere, especially are not good for limestone because of how porous limestone is. A better place for limestone would be a dinning rooms or hallways, where the tile will not get very wet.
